TOMA-Now was invited to address a Danish Corporate network, “Business Insight 98“, a small but significant network covering several key industries in Denmark. The network was established in 2007 as part of a 2-year management programme “Business Insight”. The group meet 3-4 times a year in training sessions with the aim to increase knowledge and competence in management and leadership disciplines, business development and general understanding of global trends.
This is their first trip to South Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town), following visits to Shanghai and Moscow on previous occasions. What’s particularly interesting about this group is that they plan and execute their own training by tapping into their networks and inviting representatives with an actual case or insights they can learn from.
Their main focus in 2014 was to collect new insights on management, leadership and business disciplines in a (new) international context, hence the trip to South Africa.
TOMA-Now was invited to discuss current trends in sustainability and the green economy, taking into account challenges and implementation in an African context.
