Jaisheila’s journey to inspire others from all walks of life started as a child. She had a dream of being a scientist who finds solutions to the big problems, and her perseverance with this has led to the betterment of all! She inspires with her journey to become a trailblazer in the sciences. She is also actively working for gender equality and diversity in business.
From her student days at the University of Cape Town, a force to be reckoned with at BASF to the founding of Tomorrow Matters Now seven years ago and to the present day – Jaisheila has been a role model to peers and others. She is regularly sought out as a mentor and thought leader by female entrepreneurs who are impacting their communities in various terrains.
